We strive to design and manufacture high quality products. Due to being a small independent company where everything is made to order in house by our experienced team please see outlined below our terms and conditions.
Ordering one of our standard designs with no amendments or alterations?
Once your order has been placed through the website or with an advisor in store, over the phone or any other way the manufacturing process will start. Therefore, if you are unhappy with these item(s) they are available for EXCHANGE ONLY. If you cannot decide what you would like as a replacement we can provide you with a credit note code which is valid through the website for 6 months. Please note after this 6-month period your code will become invalid and the credit will be lost.
However, if you receive your order and believe that it is faulty, we will happily repair or replace your garment with a new one.
Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All items need to be exchanged within 14 days. If it is out of this time frame there is nothing we can do.
If you would like an exchange and/or a replacement, we do not cover the postage costs this will be up to the customer to ensure the goods are delivered back to us and the new postage is purchased before we can reship your item(s).
If there is a promotion, discount or offer advertised after you have placed your order unfortunately you will not qualify for this on your exchanged item.
* This does not effect your Statutory Rights.
